Be mind full and become a Champion for Mental Health by donating to CMHA Thunder Bay on Giving Tuesday.Giving Tuesday is a National Giving Day
Most people know about Black Friday and Cyber Monday… now Giving Tuesday is coming to Canada November 29th. It is a new global movement for giving and volunteering, which is the “Opening Day” of the giving season.
Giving is a lifelong commitment, and a giving day is a special celebration, a reminder to all of us to think of others, our community as well as ourselves. Each of us can make a difference through giving, every amount collected big or small helps bring about a large change.
On November 29th, we ask that you invest in the mental well-being of your community and make a donation to CMHA Thunder Bay.
Because 1 in 5 Canadians will have a mental illness in their lifetime. Someone you know may be in need of our services: your child, friend, neighbour – or maybe even yourself.
Your donations at work.
Donations to CMHA, Thunder Bay Branch, are use locally to fund our Education and Training Program. Your donations make it possible for us to implement public awareness events, provide training workshops, and deliver a 10-week family education and support group.
