That’s why CMHA Thunder Bay Branch offers support and information to people affected by mental health issues – so no one needs to feel alone in their struggle. This service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to both youth and adults.

CMHAs Education and Training Program offers workshops, training sessions and education groups to promote wellness and recovery in our community. Our sessions include Applied Suicide Intervention Training, workshops to train mental health workers, and education series to support people affected by mental health issues and their families.
