Justice and Case Management Services offers mental health support and diversion within the court system to youth and adults. It also offers housing support and outreach to individuals in the community and those transitioning out of Forensics Unit at TBRHSC.
Clients are generally those who are not connected to traditional services, may be homeless and have serious mental health and addictions issues.

Court Diversion Services are available to anyone 12 and over who finds themselves involved with the court system because of a mental health crisis.
Court Rent Supplement program provides rent supplements for clients to access safe and affordable housing.
Homelessness Initiative Program (HIP II) provides rent supplements for clients to access safe and affordable housing.
Transitional Rehabilitation Housing Program (TRHP) provides intensive case management services to forensic clients, promoting recovery and helping them to successfully navigate the transition into community life.
