Save the Date for our nationwide Mental Health Week event!
Apr 26, 2022
Sometimes the best way to help is to make people feel seen and heard. That’s why CMHA is bringing Canadians together for a nationwide conversation on May 2 at 12 pm EST to kick off Mental Health Week.
Mental Health Week is a Canadian tradition, with communities, schools and workplaces rallying to celebrate, protect and promote mental health. This year’s focus is on empathy. The nationwide event will explore the topic with some special guests from across the country.
Save the date and stay updated by visiting the Mental Health Week website.
CMHA Thunder Bay will support this theme and be recognizing this year Mental Health Week with a number of initiatives to help protect and promote mental health but most of all empathize with staff, members and partners.
