As the holiday season approaches, we extend warm wishes to you from everyone at CMHA Thunder Bay.

We recognize that, for some, the holidays can be a challenging time. It can be extra stressful on individuals struggling with mental health and addictions. CMHA Thunder Bay works with individuals to help them deal with their mental health and addiction challenges through timely supports, programs and information. It is our goal to make sure that no one faces their mental health and addiction struggles alone,

During the holiday season, CMHA Thunder Bay continues to work with those in need. New Foundations will be open Christmas Day from 12:00 to 4:00pm for anyone who needs a warm, inviting place to enjoy the holidays.
